Responsibilities

Scale the platform to millions of AI-agent runs per day by addressing capacity, performance, and reliability challenges.
Make the platform portable across cloud providers and on-premise customer environments.
Address enterprise integration requirements involving identity, private networking, certificate-based authentication, and data residency.
Own observability and incident response, including alerting, on-call, and post-mortems.
Improve developer productivity across local development, CI, deployments, and production debugging.
Set technical direction for how Pallet’s infrastructure operates at scale.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in infrastructure, platform, or SRE roles, preferably at an early-stage company or team that the candidate helped scale.
Deep expertise in at least one of databases, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, observability, or application frameworks and runtimes.
Demonstrated ability to use evidence to set SLOs, prioritize performance work, plan capacity, identify bottlenecks, and understand system failure modes.
Preferred experience with TypeScript, Postgres, Redis, Google Cloud, OpenTelemetry, and Datadog.
