Senior Mobile Engineer in USA

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize the mobile growth funnel from app store download through signup, onboarding, identity verification, and the first credit action.
  • Build acquisition plumbing including deep links, attribution, push and in-app messaging, and analytics instrumentation.
  • Own subscription and billing user experiences, including plans, upgrades, payment methods, autopay, and payment history.
  • Build resilient Stripe and Tabapay payment flows with retry, decline, recovery, and edge-case handling.
  • Evolve Flutter architecture, modularity, performance, observability, release processes, code generation, testing, and the mobile design system.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, growth marketers, data scientists, and engineers to improve measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of mobile development experience and a record of building and scaling production iOS or Android apps.
  • Experience owning onboarding, activation, or monetization funnels for a consumer app with measurable results.
  • Knowledge of state management and architectural patterns including MVVM, MVI, and Clean Architecture.
  • Experience shipping consumer apps at scale, handling crashes and edge cases, and supporting features across multiple releases.
  • Strong iOS foundation with Swift, UIKit, or SwiftUI, or Android foundation with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
  • Comfort with analytics tools, funnel analysis, and experiment results.
  • Experience with unit, integration, and UI testing.
  • Experience integrating APIs, handling asynchronous operations and error states, and building reliable network layers.

Salary: $244k - $292k/yr
