Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native and Expo.
Define and evolve mobile architecture, including navigation, state management, and reusable components.
Integrate applications with REST APIs and backend services, including authentication, authorization, secure storage, and session management.
Implement native capabilities such as location, camera, push notifications, and device storage.
Handle offline scenarios, caching, and data synchronization.
Optimize mobile application performance, stability, and resource usage.
Troubleshoot defects, crashes, and platform-specific issues.
Write and maintain unit and UI tests.
Lead code reviews and contribute to mobile coding standards and best practices.
Use GitHub Copilot and other approved AI-assisted development tools while ensuring code quality and correctness.
Mentor mid-level and junior developers and collaborate with Product, QA, and Backend teams.

Requirements

At least 6 years of professional software development experience, including at least 4 years with React Native.
Practical experience with Expo and the Expo ecosystem.
Very good knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
Good understanding of React concepts, hooks, component architecture, and state management tools such as Redux Toolkit, Zustand, and React Query.
Experience with mobile navigation, local storage, and asynchronous data handling.
Good understanding of iOS and Android platform differences and the mobile application lifecycle.
Experience integrating REST APIs and implementing authentication and secure storage.
Experience debugging and optimizing mobile application performance.
Experience with mobile testing tools such as Jest and React Native Testing Library.
Practical experience using GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools while maintaining responsibility for code quality and correctness.
Experience with Git and code review processes.
Good communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
