Senior Mobile Product Engineer in USA

Responsibilities

  • Build and own high-impact mobile clinician experiences from product exploration through launch, measurement, and iteration.
  • Develop AI-native mobile workflows for real-time transcription, ambient documentation, review and editing, multimodal inputs, recommendations, agentic actions, and offline care.
  • Collaborate with clinicians, product managers, designers, AI engineers, backend engineers, and other teams to translate clinical workflows into dependable mobile products.
  • Contribute across the Flutter application and native Swift/iOS and Kotlin/Android integrations.
  • Own performance, accessibility, reliability, analytics, testing, observability, and release readiness for shipped experiences.
  • Prototype rapidly, learn from qualitative and quantitative usage feedback, and refine the product accordingly.
  • Help shape mobile product and technical strategy and occasionally contribute to web or Chrome extension surfaces.
  • Mentor engineers and raise standards for mobile engineering, product thinking, and craft.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional mobile development experience with meaningful ownership of user-facing products or features.
  • Deep experience in iOS, Android, or cross-platform mobile development.
  • Strong native expertise in Swift/iOS and/or Kotlin/Android, including platform conventions, app lifecycle, permissions, background execution, and performance.
  • Experience with or willingness to learn a Flutter-based codebase.
  • Track record of taking ambiguous mobile ideas through polished, production-ready delivery.
  • Strong product judgment and attention to interaction details, usability, performance, reliability, and craft.
  • Experience collaborating with product, design, backend, data, or AI teams and working across product features and mobile systems.
  • Experience with AI-native, conversational, real-time, audio/video, streaming, transcription, offline-first, synchronization, local persistence, mobile design systems, experimentation, analytics, performance optimization, observability, testing, release automation, or regulated environments is preferred.
  • Flutter and Dart experience, including Riverpod or similar state-management patterns, is preferred.
  • Light JavaScript, TypeScript, Chrome extension, or web application experience is preferred.
