Responsibilities

Contribute substantially to the platform frontend engineering team.
Build and continuously improve Cresta’s platform and new product requirements with product and engineering teams.
Work closely with customers, analyze technical tradeoffs, and own customer-facing deliverables.
Develop high-quality, reusable, well-tested system components and contribute to system designs.
Identify product improvement opportunities and generate product improvement ideas.
Demonstrate and promote engineering best practices.
Own a substantial part of the Cresta product and platform technically.
Expand Cresta’s services into native and hybrid mobile applications.
Build headful and headless mobile SDKs for Android and iOS to power AI agent integrations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Strong computer science fundamentals and very solid coding skills.
8+ years of experience in relevant domains.
At least 2 years of native mobile development experience with Kotlin or Java for Android and Swift for iOS in large-scale consumer-facing products.
Proficiency in designing and maintaining clear frontend architecture.
Experience serving as a technical lead for a frontend stack supporting various product features.
Experience with React Native, Flutter, or Ionic is preferred.
