Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy backend services and APIs using .NET Core and .NET 6+.
  • Architect and implement scalable, resilient, and maintainable microservices-based solutions.
  • Deploy, manage, and scale containerized applications using Kubernetes, including AKS, EKS, or on-premises Kubernetes.
  • Design and optimize database schemas, write complex queries, and maintain data integrity using SQL Server or other relational databases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship features.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code; participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and help ensure high availability and performance.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and propose improvements to the technology stack and processes.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of professional software development experience focused on .NET and .NET Core.
  • Strong proficiency in C# and object-oriented programming principles.
  • Hands-on experience designing and developing microservices and distributed systems.
  • Practical Kubernetes experience in at least one environment: Azure Kubernetes Service, Amazon EKS, or on-premises Kubernetes.
  • Solid database design and development experience, particularly with PostgreSQL.
  • Familiarity with RESTful API design, message brokers such as RabbitMQ and Kafka, and cloud concepts.
  • Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with written and spoken English proficiency.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Preferred: experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP and their managed services; knowledge of Docker and containerization best practices; understanding of Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK; spoken Chinese language skills.
