Responsibilities

  • Design and develop enterprise-level software solutions across data, business logic, and UI layers.
  • Lead development teams and provide technical leadership, estimates, standards, prototypes, and technical solutions.
  • Translate requirements into application designs and document technical solutions using UML.
  • Optimize software for performance, security, and quality and collect and interpret software metrics.
  • Manage configuration, releases, deployment, change management, testing, and quality assurance.
  • Develop testing tools, contribute to requirements analysis, and support solution validation.
  • Deploy and operate applications on Windows/IIS and containerized or virtualized platforms.
  • Provide second- and third-line support, including code review, technical-debt management, production support, incident analysis, and UAT support.
  • Work alongside a third-party development contractor during its third-level-support period.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of relevant professional IT experience.
  • At least 3 years of project experience relevant to the profile or a similar position.
  • Minimum English proficiency at CEFR Level B2.
  • At least one advanced-level software development technology certification or internationally recognized equivalent certification accepted by the Contracting Authority.
  • Experience completing at least one full solution lifecycle.
  • Expertise developing enterprise web applications with .NET Core/.NET 8, C#, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
  • Experience developing React/TypeScript single-page applications and building and deploying them through Azure DevOps Pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows/IIS, Nutanix or OpenShift, Hangfire or similar background-job frameworks, ASP.NET Core Data Protection, and certificate management.
  • Experience remediating security-scan and penetration-test findings.
  • Experience integrating applications with SAML 2.0 and Entra ID, and with PDF/image-processing libraries and document-management interfaces.
  • Experience taking over externally delivered codebases, including code review, technical-debt management, and third-line support.
  • Experience supporting production systems in large organizations, including Change Advisory Board release management, UAT support, and incident analysis.
  • Knowledge of UML and experience designing applications in UML, with the ability to lead technical teams and document technical solutions effectively.
