Responsibilities

Design, implement, and lead robust frontend frameworks and backend services across critical cross-functional components.
Define technical strategy and architecture for complex, scalable enterprise SaaS systems.
Debug, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks across the stack.
Mentor senior and principal engineers, lead cross-team code reviews, and establish engineering quality standards.
Guide technical policies and principles, optimize code and architecture, and translate complex requirements into maintainable solutions.
Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps to deliver SaaS products and drive cross-organizational technical alignment.
Take ultimate responsibility for methods, procedures, and results affecting the engineering function.

Requirements

12+ years of professional software development experience; 8+ years with a master's degree or 5+ years with a PhD.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Expert-level proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, Node.js, Python, and RESTful APIs.
Deep experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, modern frontend frameworks, cloud-native architectures, and scalable system design.
Demonstrated ownership of complex, cross-functional technical architecture and experience mentoring senior engineers.
Strong understanding of Agile product development, object-oriented programming fundamentals, and data structures and algorithms.
Preferred experience with agentic or AI-powered platform engineering, manufacturing or supply chain SaaS, and AI governance, evaluation, or observability.
