Senior QA Automation Engineer in Others

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright, TypeScript, Selenium, and other testing tools.
  • Conduct exploratory testing to identify and document software defects.
  • Perform performance testing with JMeter and analyze performance metrics.
  • Test applications on cloud-based platforms.
  • Use Azure DevOps to manage test cases, test plans, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Test microservices, micro frontends, and APIs to provide comprehensive coverage.
  • Create documentation and data-driven reports communicating test results and insights.
  • Collaborate with Agile teams to deliver high-quality software products.
  • Use agentic coding tools such as Claude Code or Codex to write automated tests.

Requirements

  • At least five years of overall experience, including at least three years in QA automation and exploratory testing.
  • Proficiency with Playwright, TypeScript, Selenium, JMeter, and relevant testing tools.
  • Experience with performance testing and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of testing microservices, micro frontends, and APIs.
  • Excellent English communication equivalent to at least a 7.5 IELTS score.
  • Strong documentation, reporting, analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated experience using agentic coding tools such as Claude Code or Codex for writing automated tests.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Fintech experience, QA-related certifications, and knowledge of additional test automation frameworks are preferred.
