Responsibilities

Participate in the full software development lifecycle for Java/Rust-based margin trading and risk systems.
Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and operations teams on system design, testing strategies, and implementation.
Set up and manage testing environments and create detailed test plans and test cases for trading workflows, margin calculations, liquidation processes, and high-concurrency systems.
Perform black-box, white-box, security, automation, and performance testing across web, mobile, backend, and distributed systems.
Develop and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks and continuously improve testing efficiency and product quality.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in QA automation or software testing, preferably in technology, fintech, or trading platforms.
Strong programming skills in Java or Rust and familiarity with automated testing methodologies, distributed systems, and high-concurrency architectures.
Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills for debugging performance and system issues.
Familiarity with AI tools or large language models is preferred.
