Responsibilities

Develop and maintain automated test suites using Selenium WebDriver or Playwright for Salesforce applications and integrations.
Write reusable test cases, test scripts, and supporting documentation.
Execute and evaluate manual and automated tests and log, track, troubleshoot, and resolve defects.
Analyze business and technical requirements and provide feedback on specifications, design, and integration flows.
Test Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, and CPQ Cloud solutions.
Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, product owners, project managers, and end users.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous learning and process improvement.
Stay current with test automation tools, Salesforce releases, and testing best practices.

Requirements

At least 7 years of QA experience.
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Knowledge of API testing.
Experience designing, developing, and maintaining automated test suites with Selenium WebDriver or Playwright.
Understanding of Salesforce best practices, governance standards, and release management is preferred.
Experience testing Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, and/or CPQ Clouds.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with Salesforce platform updates and active Salesforce community involvement are preferred.
