Responsibilities

Create testing documentation including test plans, test cases/scripts, bug reports, and quality and risk assessments.
Perform functional, automation, regression, and scheduled QA testing and verify outcomes.
Write and automate test cases covering sanity, boundary, negative, compatibility, and concurrency scenarios.
Collaborate with the automation group to improve regression coverage.
Work with software engineers, product managers, and QA testers in an Agile team environment.
Develop deep product expertise and mentor junior software quality analysts in QA methodologies and skills.

Requirements

7+ years of relevant work experience, including software development and/or software test automation.
Understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and approaches including black-box and automated testing.
Experience writing and automating test cases in software environments with short release cycles.
Working knowledge of SQL database queries.
Strong Unix/Linux command-line expertise for log analysis.
Strong experience with API testing tools such as Postman.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience coding in Java and/or mobile languages.
