Responsibilities

Develop R&D and production software for next-generation radar products.
Support software system integration on primarily commercial off-the-shelf hardware.
Support deployed software capabilities used by U.S. and international customers.
Collaborate across product families and engineering teams.
Work full-time onsite in El Segundo, California.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of professional object-oriented software development experience.
Extensive or advanced Python experience.
Experience with Scrum, Continuous Integration, and Test-Driven Development methodologies.
Strong Linux software development experience.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and collaborate on small teams.
U.S. Person status is required to access U.S.-only data systems.
Preferred experience includes radar or other ground/airborne sensors, radar modes and algorithms, signal processing, target detection and tracking, networks, CUDA, software-defined radios, advanced time synchronization, embedded near-real-time software, Git, containers, cloud and virtualization technologies, BIOS and secure boot systems, encryption, visualization, defense architectures and messaging standards, modeling and simulation, production deployment, DevOps or DevSecOps, high-TRL systems, HW/SW integration and verification, and languages including C++, Rust, NodeJS, Java, and Go.
Current or previous DoD security clearance is preferred.
