Responsibilities

  • Design and implement email security infrastructure.
  • Operate and monitor email security solutions.
  • Identify and respond to phishing, spam, and malware-containing email attacks.
  • Test, introduce, and report on email security solutions.
  • Develop email-related detection policies and response playbooks.
  • Establish, maintain, and continuously improve email security reviews, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Respond to email security incidents, report them, and take measures to minimize impact.
  • Conduct phishing simulation exercises, track trends, and prepare reports.
  • Research current email security technologies and trends and apply them to systems.
  • Participate in on-call support for incidents and issues outside normal working hours.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience analyzing email headers and conducting threat analysis and response.
  • Experience analyzing malicious files and phishing websites.
  • Experience establishing email security policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of email traffic and experience creating related security policies and procedures.
  • At least five years of total relevant experience, including operating email security systems and solutions.
  • Experience operating email security services.
  • Experience conducting phishing simulation exercises.
  • Practical understanding and experience with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC email authentication technologies.
  • Basic knowledge of network security and system security.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to build agreement and persuade others using data and insights.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or cybersecurity, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience developing automation and scripts using Python, Go, Linux shell, or PowerShell is preferred.
  • Cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, 정보처리기사, or 정보보안기사 are preferred.
  • Knowledge of SQL queries, data visualization, and data analysis tools such as Splunk and ELK Stack is preferred.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP is preferred.
  • Knowledge of or experience applying OWASP and MITRE ATT&CK is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of on-premise and cloud environments, including AWS, Azure, and GCP, is preferred.

  • Full-time employment with a 12-week probationary period, which may be waived, shortened, or extended when business needs require.

  • The hiring process consists of document screening, first interview, second interview, and final selection.
