Responsibilities

Drive the technical roadmap for platform trust and safety in alignment with company-wide security objectives.
Mentor a team of 3+ software and security engineers, emphasizing engineering quality, resiliency, and delivery.
Develop user-friendly UI components that help users strengthen the security of their accounts.
Create metrics and measurements for security-related user interactions and controls.
Implement front-end and back-end code across the stack.
Develop risk-scoring algorithms to classify potentially risky platform behavior.
Contribute to threat detection, security operations, and incident response efforts.
Collaborate with product, design, security, and engineering teams across the company.

Requirements

5+ years of software security engineering experience, particularly building platform and user security features.
Experience working with product and design teams to deliver front-end features.
Fluency in one or more modern coding languages such as Python, Go, or TypeScript.
Knowledge of abuse techniques in modern SaaS applications.
Strong communication and collaboration skills for solving complex technical problems with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
