Responsibilities

  • Write and ship innovative product features.
  • Perform code reviews and improve team code quality and productivity.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to developers.
  • Coach developers on work prioritization and work-related challenges.
  • Act as an information channel between the team and the broader organization.
  • Advocate for and execute development initiatives, best practices, and coding standards.
  • Take ownership of identifying and driving needed work.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience, predominantly focused on backend systems.
  • Exposure to frontend development within a backend-focused full-stack role.
  • Good understanding of algorithms and computational complexity.
  • Experience writing software on AWS, Microsoft Azure, or equivalent cloud environments.
  • Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience in a scrum, lean, or agile environment.
  • Self-motivated, self-directed, and enthusiastic about collaborative software development.
  • Interest and experience in coaching, mentoring, and helping developers grow.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of 2,139,184 - 2,894,190 INR.
  • In-office role based in Pune; candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to Pune.
  • Individual pay may vary based on location, skills, experience, and education, with potential compensation growth as the employee progresses.
