Responsibilities

Build and evolve authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, user provisioning, session management, and permissions systems.
Develop enterprise administration experiences for company and workspace configuration, users, content, billing, and internal tooling.
Own technical initiatives from design through implementation, rollout, and operational support.
Collaborate with Product, Design, Infrastructure, Security, and Engineering partners to deliver secure and intuitive experiences.
Prototype, implement, maintain, review, and improve Admin & IAM platform features while mentoring teammates.

Requirements

4+ years building and shipping large-scale production software on an engineering team.
Strong backend systems and API experience with Node.js, TypeScript or JavaScript, MongoDB, or comparable technologies.
Hands-on experience building production user interfaces with React and modern frontend patterns.
Experience working in large existing codebases and learning new technologies and platforms quickly.
Experience planning and delivering technical projects iteratively while balancing speed, quality, and maintainability.
Strong collaboration and communication skills across product, design, security, and engineering teams.
Experience in a fast-moving or growth-stage environment.
Domain experience with IAM concepts including authentication, authorization, roles, permissions, SSO, SCIM provisioning, or session management.
Experience building enterprise administration or B2B SaaS configuration surfaces such as organization management, billing, or admin dashboards.
Interest in using AI-driven development practices to improve productivity, code quality, and system understanding.
