Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack features across React/TypeScript, Java/Spring Boot, and Python AI/ML services.
Collaborate with the CTO on architectural decisions and help establish standards for robust, scalable systems.
Review pull requests and design proposals while maintaining strong software-engineering standards.
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through design reviews, pairing, and actionable feedback.
Improve cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines for reliable development and releases.
Partner with product and design stakeholders to create intuitive experiences for complex healthcare workflows.
Implement comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end testing strategies.
Document code, architecture, and engineering processes.
Contribute to product and UX decisions and help shape what gets built.

Requirements

7+ years of professional experience building and shipping production-grade full-stack web applications.
Experience mentoring engineers and reviewing engineering design work.
Hands-on experience building, deploying, and maintaining LLM-based agentic applications in production.
Deep expertise in Java backend development and the Spring Boot framework.
Strong proficiency with React and TypeScript.
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deploying applications to modern cloud environments.
Staff-level candidates should have 10+ years of experience and a track record of technical leadership.
