Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, test, document, operate, and support software throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Design fit-for-purpose software and features in collaboration with users, analysts, architects, deployment teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Author, review, and improve technical and functional specifications, including test descriptions and acceptance criteria.
  • Perform development, operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, and documentation for the company’s application suite.
  • Follow and promote software engineering practices, development frameworks, policies, and quality standards.
  • Identify, escalate, and follow up on blockers, issues, and deviations from standards and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with globally distributed teams and contribute to positive team performance and sprint deliverables.

Requirements

  • At least 4–7 years of experience as a software developer or systems engineer in .NET-based full-stack development.
  • Strong experience with .NET, C#, Angular, and SQL Server, including writing complex queries.
  • Strong software development or engineering background and thorough understanding of application architecture.
  • Experience with unit testing and peer testing of developed code.
  • Experience with Flutter for cross-platform mobile development.
  • Familiarity with SendGrid or similar email services.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based development and hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure is preferred.
  • Knowledge of software design principles and architecture patterns is preferred.
  • Experience collaborating on projects across multiple international geographic locations.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree with relevant experience is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-interaction skills.
  • Laboratory-related application experience is an added advantage.
