Senior Software Engineer in USA

Responsibilities

  • Build and ship end-to-end full-stack product features and critical platform components from scratch.
  • Set coding standards, architectural patterns, and review processes while mentoring engineers.
  • Contribute to monitoring, scaling, reliability, and hardening of the platform architecture.
  • Collaborate with product, security, and go-to-market teams to turn the roadmap into production deliverables.
  • Integrate AI capabilities including LLMs, retrieval, and agents into product experiences.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience building production software across frontend and backend.
  • Demonstrated experience shipping features end-to-end.
  • Strong knowledge of modern web application development practices and patterns.
  • Comfort building products with AI at the core, including LLM, retrieval, or agent integrations.
  • Familiarity with Python, FastAPI, TypeScript, Node.js, Supabase, and AWS is preferred.
