Responsibilities

Build and deliver scalable, reliable full-stack features for the gamification platform.
Develop simulations that train users against evolving cybersecurity threats, including multi-channel attacks and AI-enabled attacks.
Extend the simulation engine across email, chat, and phone attack scenarios.
Design and ship gamification features such as leaderboards, achievements, and learning paths.
Scale systems that were not originally designed for the company’s current level of usage.
Collaborate with Product Management and engineering peers to plan, scope, and execute projects.
Drive significant end-to-end projects and contribute to architectural decisions and product roadmap execution.

Requirements

At least approximately five years of industry experience is preferred.
Hands-on experience with TypeScript and React.
Experience building backend services and APIs using Node.js and MongoDB.
Experience building and maintaining large-scale systems used by real end-users.
A track record of consistently delivering results and a strong builder mindset.
A strong product mindset with the ability to balance technical quality, user value, and business impact.
An AI-native mindset and enthusiasm for AI-assisted software workflows and teams of parallel agents.
Deep focus on system logic and architecture is a bonus; deep UX expertise is not required.
