Responsibilities

Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to specify, design, and build features and systems.
Create accessible, intuitive, mobile-friendly user interfaces using modern frontend technologies and frameworks.
Contribute to frontend architecture decisions focused on scalability, maintainability, and performance.
Partner with quality engineers to define, build, and maintain testing strategy.
Mentor teammates and provide thoughtful feedback.
Help interview and recruit talented engineers.

Requirements

At least 4+ years of experience architecting, building, launching, and maintaining complex web applications.
Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks such as ReactJS.
Experience or demonstrated interest in creating accessible, intuitive, and mobile-friendly interfaces.
Strong software engineering skills and a track record of shipping high-quality products.
Strong cross-team communication and collaboration skills.
Alignment with Ironclad’s values of drive, intent, integrity, and empathy; a formal degree is not required.
