Senior Software Engineer in USA

Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative end-to-end solutions using frontend and backend technologies.
  • Optimize existing products and create new customer-facing solutions for Customer Hub.
  • Lead key initiatives and projects while remaining accountable for their outcomes.
  • Evaluate technical and business trade-offs and drive technology decisions.
  • Deploy thoroughly tested solutions designed for reliability and performance.
  • Mentor team members and drive initiatives that support team skill development.
  • Conduct code reviews and run a robust testing cycle.
  • Collaborate across disciplines and take ownership of outcomes in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a software engineering role.
  • Proven track record of building high-quality products and systems with clean, high-quality code.
  • Strong experience developing end-to-end software solutions or extensive frontend and backend experience.
  • Experience with React and related technologies.
  • Experience leading projects and being accountable for their outcomes.
  • Experience mentoring team members or driving team learning initiatives.
  • Experience conducting code reviews and running a robust testing cycle.
  • Experience working in agile, fast-paced environments.
  • Experience using AI effectively in software development and delivery.

Salary: $148k - $222k/yr
