Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and implement front-end and back-end changes with emphasis on stability, resilience, robustness, and quality.
  • Configure and customize the Debt Manager application, including workflows, user entitlements, custom fields, settings, and user interfaces.
  • Design, test, and deploy ETL and data transformation workflows using Pentaho Data Integration.
  • Extract, transform, and load data while implementing data quality checks, cleansing, and validation.
  • Use SQL Server for database administration, complex SQL statements, stored procedures, dynamic queries, functions, scripts, analysis, and data manipulation.
  • Apply database optimization, indexing, and performance-tuning practices.
  • Provide domain expertise for systems development, integrations, and architecture.
  • Provide technical leadership, coaching, mentoring, peer review, and guidance to engineering teams.
  • Support version control, source code management, DevOps, CI/CD, and cross-functional delivery.

Requirements

  • 8–15 years of experience.
  • Experience with front-end technologies or configuring and customizing the Debt Manager application for retail customers.
  • Experience with Pentaho Data Integration and ETL development.
  • Strong SQL Server experience, including database administration, complex stored procedures, dynamic SQL, functions, scripts, and performance tuning.
  • Strong data analysis skills and experience with data quality, cleansing, and validation.
  • Strong adoption of version control and source code management.
  • Competence in Agile methodologies.
  • Release management knowledge is preferred.
  • Collections and recoveries process knowledge is preferred.
  • Experience designing and implementing batch processing architectures is preferred.
  • Experience configuring and managing batch scheduling tools is preferred.
  • COBOL and mainframe experience is preferred.
  • Experience with SQL, GitHub, Jenkins, Harness, UCD, and CI/CD practices.
