Senior Software Engineer in USA new

Responsibilities

  • Own difficult software features from concept through production.
  • Build AI-first customer support product capabilities, including UI/UX and data models.
  • Work closely with coding agents as part of the development workflow.
  • Build tooling and feedback systems that make coding agents effective.
  • Apply engineering judgment to determine when generated output is ready to ship.
  • Shape technical direction at the staff level.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience shipping code at a top-tier engineering organization.
  • Meaningful experience shipping code at a startup or company with high engineering standards.
  • Comfort working with coding agents as a core development workflow rather than only as autocomplete.
  • Ability to learn the stated technology stack quickly; prior stack knowledge is helpful but not required.
  • Strong ownership, user focus, eagerness to learn, and interest in novel AI problems.
