Responsibilities

Build and ship features across the React/TypeScript web app, iOS app, and backend services.
Own customer-facing features end to end, including problem definition, solution design, implementation, rollout, and iteration.
Identify friction in clinic and patient workflows and advocate for improvements.
Mentor engineers and raise the quality of design, code review, and software delivery.
Influence product direction and technical approach across the Practice Engineering product.

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a software engineer building customer-facing products.
Strong modern frontend skills with React and TypeScript, plus backend experience in API design, data modeling, and production databases.
Experience building and shipping features on iOS alongside web applications.
Experience owning customer-facing features from problem definition through design, launch, and iteration.
Experience partnering closely with product and design and contributing product ideas.
Ability to work with high ownership and self-direction on a small, distributed team.
Clear written communication skills.
Hands-on experience building with AI or agentic systems is preferred.
