Senior Software Engineer in USA new

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement automated test pipelines and tooling for Systems engineers.
  • Create and manage unified triage workflows across testing modalities and workstreams.
  • Lead root cause analyses, identify testing gaps, and improve verification and validation processes.
  • Translate system and pipeline gaps into technical requests for Data Platform, Simulation, and Infrastructure partner teams.
  • Collaborate on solution validation and provide technical guidance, code review, and documentation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant technical work experience, including 3+ years testing autonomous vehicles or robotic systems.
  • Ability to code in Python or C++ for automation and tooling development.
  • Experience designing, implementing, and managing large-scale simulation or test automation pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of autonomy systems engineering, including interactions among sensing, perception, prediction, and planning modules.
  • Strong analytical communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Preferred experience with large-scale simulation, behavior verification, fault detection and response testing for L2+ autonomous systems, triage prioritization, validation tooling, or autonomy safety cases.

Benefits

  • Base pay range is $160,360 to $291,150 annually, with eligibility for an annual performance bonus, equity, and competitive benefits.
