Senior Software Engineer

Senior Software Engineer in Canada

  • Toronto

Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and improve highly automated build, release, testing, and automation infrastructure.
  • Create scripts and internal tools that support continuous delivery and engineering workflows.
  • Collaborate with Development, QA, and Operations to enhance build and automation infrastructure.
  • Evaluate and implement technologies in AWS-based build and CI systems.
  • Roll out projects to internal customers, monitor adoption, collect feedback, and refine solutions.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience with one or more of Python, Go, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Understanding of application development, microservices architecture, and multi-service ecosystems.
  • Experience with AWS or Kubernetes/K8S.
  • Understanding of virtualization, dynamic provisioning, Docker, AWS, and Linux.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional work toward task completion; Agile experience is a plus.
