Responsibilities

  • Own delivery of complex features or components from design through production.
  • Drive system architecture and component-design discussions for the area of ownership.
  • Partner with Product, UX, and other engineers to shape solutions during planning and execution.
  • Align with senior engineers across the organization on shared technical decisions.
  • Identify patterns and improvements that increase quality and engineering velocity.
  • Conduct peer code reviews and help establish the team’s quality standards.
  • Champion exploratory and AI-assisted testing practices.
  • Support the ramp-up and professional growth of Associate and Software Engineers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • At least 4 years of professional software engineering experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and the latest version of Angular.
  • Demonstrated experience owning complex features end-to-end in frontend or backend systems.
  • Familiarity with Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal day-to-day direction and take ownership from design through delivery.
  • Experience informally mentoring or supporting junior engineers is preferred.
  • Professional experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Devin, or Windsurf is required.
