Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end product development lifecycle for large initiatives serving clients and financial advisors.
Design and ship high-quality, production-ready web application features.
Write readable and maintainable code.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product leadership, design, and business partners.

Requirements

Have 2–5 years of experience building web applications and shipping features in production environments.
Demonstrate full-stack development skills with web frameworks, frontend frameworks and libraries, and SQL databases; Rails, NextJS, and React are preferred.
Understand web application fundamentals including authentication and authorization, caching, background processing, and API design principles; GraphQL is preferred.
Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
Fintech domain knowledge involving financial services, wealth management, regulatory compliance, or financial data integrations is preferred.
Experience with macOS toolchains, CI/CD pipelines, IaaS providers, and observability platforms such as Datadog is preferred.
