Responsibilities

  • Build robust and scalable backend services and APIs for advertising technologies.
  • Design and develop reliable, secure, and efficient data pipelines and processing systems.
  • Contribute to API development, testing, documentation, observability, and software quality.
  • Work as part of a small, self-organized, cross-functional software development team.
  • Coach and develop team members through feedback and technical guidance.
  • Take ownership of improvements to engineering practices and the codebase.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience in agile software development.
  • Professional experience developing in at least one high-level programming language.
  • Professional experience with a backend technology such as Go, Node.js, Python, .NET, or Java.
  • Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
  • Passion for clean code and testing, with an interest in learning new technologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Full-stack development experience with a focus on backend development is considered a fit.
