Senior Software Engineer in USA

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, operate, and maintain software products.
  • Take full-stack ownership by writing production-ready, testable code.
  • Create scalable, reliable, performant technical designs that follow architectural best practices.
  • Analyze failures, propose design changes, and drive operational improvements.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide guidance on engineering best practices and development procedures.
  • Ensure product development follows compliance and security best practices.
  • Apply software reliability engineering standards throughout development.
  • Collaborate across teams, contribute to innovation and continuous improvement, and communicate blockers and delays.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Five to six years of relevant experience.
  • Expertise with React, JavaScript, and modern front-end development.
  • Experience building scalable enterprise web applications using micro frontends and Module Federation.
  • Strong skills in HTML, CSS/SCSS, CSS Modules, responsive design, and reusable UI components.
  • Experience with Zustand, React Context, and asynchronous data handling.
  • Proficiency integrating APIs, web services, and third-party platforms using Axios.
  • Knowledge of authentication, MFA integration, front-end security, accessibility, and WCAG compliance.
  • Experience with Jest, React Testing Library, and Playwright for automated testing.
  • Proficiency with Git and deployment pipelines.
  • Familiarity with financial applications, ACH, RTP, wire transfers, Java/Spring Boot environments, relational and NoSQL databases, and AI Functions.
