Responsibilities

Own end-to-end features across claims, appointments, eligibility, and payments-posting surfaces from design through production rollout.
Build production-ready frontend and backend code with meaningful tests, clean interfaces, scalable data models, and support for filtering and pagination over large datasets.
Develop safe bulk operations, unified claim activity timelines, and AI-powered workflow improvements for billing users.
Build dashboards, logging, alerting, and other observability practices into features to detect and root-cause production issues quickly.
Partner with product, design, billing operations, and users to improve workflow usability and outcomes.
Review code and designs for correctness, performance, and consistency, and help shape component, API, data-fetching, testing, and observability standards.
Help onboard and level up teammates while contributing to the team’s technical direction.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience building full-stack applications and shipping end-to-end production features.
Strong frontend skills with the ability to build maintainable user interfaces and diagnose rendering issues in data-dense screens.
Strong API and data-layer fundamentals, including backend endpoints, filtering, pagination, and reasoning about database queries.
Sound technical judgment for feature-level tradeoffs, risk escalation, and avoiding over-engineering.
Comfort with monitoring, logging, alerting, debugging, and observability practices.
Clear communication, ownership, urgency, and customer focus.
Preferred: familiarity with healthcare billing data, EDI X12 transactions, clearinghouses, ERAs/EOBs, and denial codes.
Preferred: experience shipping LLM-powered features into production workflows.
Preferred: exposure to analytical or OLAP stores alongside transactional databases.
Preferred: strong product intuition, UX/UI influence, and experience in regulated industries with attention to security and compliance.

Salary: $180k - $230k/yr
