Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain reusable components, patterns, and design-system foundations including tokens, type, color, and layout.
  • Lead projects that deliver new UI patterns addressing product-team pain points.
  • Develop a design system that supports AI-assisted software development and creates leveraged outcomes.
  • Improve the design system’s prototyping experience for rapid product exploration and iteration.
  • Mentor teammates and establish best practices that improve frontend craft and AI fluency.
  • Maintain high standards for accessibility, performance, and pixel-level visual quality.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of frontend development experience.
  • Deep experience with React, TypeScript, and modern web technologies.
  • Experience building or maintaining a design system or shared component library.
  • Thorough knowledge of frontend build systems, CI/CD, and testing.
  • Strong ownership, agency, systems thinking, product judgment, and comfort working in ambiguous environments.
  • Hands-on fluency with AI and software development, including the ability to apply emerging AI paradigms practically.
