Responsibilities

Manage and optimize Bazel monorepo builds and own the remote build execution cluster.
Scale CI pipelines for thousands of daily builds with an emphasis on speed, safety, and reliability.
Manage GitHub repository configurations, pre-merge checks, and test executions.
Improve developer onboarding and reduce time-to-first-commit.
Provide and maintain remote development environments for efficient coding, testing, and deployment workflows.

Requirements

Experience building and maintaining developer infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, or large-scale build systems such as Bazel.
Proficiency writing clean, maintainable code in Go or Python.
Experience with distributed or remote build execution systems.
Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration using Kubernetes.
Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on developer productivity, onboarding, and engineering workflows.
