Responsibilities

Design, build, and operate developer infrastructure services for CI, build systems, deployment orchestration, and test infrastructure.
Improve build and CI time, deployment speed and safety, and test feedback quality.
Own services through architecture, observability, SLOs, on-call operations, and production delivery.
Partner with engineering teams to identify pain points and deliver platform improvements.
Lead technical design for cross-cutting projects and drive them through production.
Mentor engineers and help shape the technical direction of the platform.

Requirements

5+ years of experience building and operating production software.
Strong distributed systems fundamentals and proficiency in Go or a similar language.
Experience shipping high-impact backend or platform systems from design through production.
Strong operational instincts focused on reliability, security, and observability.
Experience in developer infrastructure or platform domains such as build systems, release tooling, test infrastructure, or developer productivity.
Experience operating at scale with Kubernetes, AWS, GitHub Actions, Terraform, and containers.
Depth in build systems, remote execution, progressive delivery, or test optimization.
Experience with observability and performance tooling such as Datadog.
Ability to communicate clearly, drive projects independently, collaborate across teams, and maintain a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to use generative AI responsibly with human oversight.
