Senior Software Engineer, Frontend in USA

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end frontend projects for authentication, identity, account security, and multi-user or multi-organization experiences.
  • Author and drive technical design documents through cross-functional review and implementation.
  • Set the Native versus Webview architecture strategy for authentication surfaces.
  • Identify and resolve systemic technical debt and code quality issues across the team’s codebase.
  • Lead on-call, code review, and incident response rituals while mentoring L04 engineers.
  • Use generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of production frontend engineering experience with React and TypeScript.
  • Experience independently leading end-to-end delivery of ambiguous and complex projects.
  • Experience authoring and driving technical design documents through cross-functional review and implementation for at least 2–3 major initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve systemic technical debt with measurable reliability or developer-velocity improvements.
  • Experience mentoring engineers and leading on-call rotations, code review standards, and incident response.
