Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack in Others

Responsibilities

  • Build, operate, and optimize scalable, high-availability fullstack services and Go backend systems.
  • Design scalable architectures, manage system performance and capacity, and resolve complex distributed-system issues.
  • Own end-to-end product outcomes and drive cross-functional alignment.
  • Manage production incidents during on-call rotations.
  • Use and validate AI-assisted tools to plan, write, test, debug, and document secure, high-quality code.
  • Provide technical guidance through design and code reviews and knowledge sharing.
  • Lead plans and initiatives that improve team efficiency and engineering standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of software engineering experience.
  • Strong foundations in data structures, algorithms, and system design.
  • Ability to audit AI-generated code for security, correctness, and maintainability.
  • Experience leading AI-driven technical initiatives and raising engineering standards across teams.
  • Proficiency in Go, or strong expertise in Java, C++, Scala, Rust, Python, Node.js, or C# with willingness to write Go.
  • Experience with React and JavaScript or TypeScript.
  • Experience with distributed systems, large-scale web services, system internals, networking, performance tuning, and scalability.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted engineering workflows, including Copilot and LLM coding tools.
