Responsibilities

Design, build, and optimize acquisition funnels, onboarding journeys, activation experiences, and trial flows.
Develop complex, responsive, user-facing interfaces with modern frontend technologies.
Build and maintain backend logic and API integrations supporting product experiences.
Create, launch, and evaluate A/B tests and product variations to improve activation, adoption, and conversion.
Use product analytics and experimentation results to measure impact and guide iterations.
Own projects end to end, including technical design, implementation, release, monitoring, and optimization.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Designers, Data Analysts, and other engineers.
Contribute to technical decisions and improve product quality, scalability, maintainability, and user experience.

Requirements

Significant professional experience as a full-stack or software engineer with hands-on frontend and backend contributions.
Deep frontend expertise building complex UI components, reactive interfaces, and modern web applications.
Strong experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and modern frontend frameworks such as React.
Experience designing and integrating APIs and developing backend services for user-facing functionality.
Product mindset with interest in user behavior, friction points, and customer journey improvements.
Familiarity with product analytics, conversion funnels, experimentation, and data-informed decision-making.
Ability to own ambiguous problems and deliver solutions from concept through production.
Strong collaboration and communication skills across Product, Design, Data, and Engineering stakeholders.
Experience in a product-led SaaS company, Growth Engineering, onboarding or conversion optimization, A/B testing frameworks, product analytics, or rapid experimentation is preferred.
