Responsibilities

Break complex features into clear, automatable tests and build scalable testing solutions.
Test mobile and desktop applications, SaaS services, platform scalability, and database migrations.
Partner with engineering teams to improve automated test coverage, environment setup and teardown, and continuous delivery quality gates.
Participate in requirements, design, code reviews, and the full development lifecycle.
Create and run performance test plans, scenarios, and automation scripts.
Analyze performance results, identify bottlenecks, and document CPU, memory, and response-time findings.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
8+ years of automation experience.
Strong computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms.
Experience in a continuous delivery environment with frequent releases, automated testing gates, CI/CD pipelines, and environment automation.
Interest in or experience with AI-assisted development workflows.
Experience with BDD and Selenium automation across mobile drivers, BrowserStack, or similar tools.
Experience leading end-to-end performance testing strategy for a large-scale SaaS platform.
Experience troubleshooting and optimizing complex microservices architectures and testing SaaS platforms or distributed systems.
Experience with Git Flow and tools such as GitLab, Artifactory, and Jira.
Knowledge of identity management systems such as MS Entra, Windows and Mac desktop application testing, virtual machines, and cross-browser and cross-device testing are preferred.
