Responsibilities

Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to refine requirements, assess scope, communicate trade-offs, and establish technical direction.
Turn open-ended problems into shipped products by validating assumptions and proposing effective solutions.
Break multi-month initiatives into milestones and own delivery through launch and ongoing operation.
Improve testing practices, architecture and code reviews, and CI/CD capabilities.
Respond to user-impacting support escalations and incidents.
Mentor and guide team members.

Requirements

Experience shipping production-quality native iOS applications and features with proficiency in Swift.
Deep experience in at least two of SwiftUI, Async/Await, Combine, CoreData, Networking, Instruments, SOLID, MVVM, and FRP.
Strong debugging skills with Instruments, breakpoints, and the LLDB console, along with experience building and using automated tests.
Ability to write readable, maintainable, reusable code and validate the quality and accuracy of AI-assisted development output.
Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical trade-offs and participate effectively in code review.
Preferred: experience building and maintaining B2B applications with complex business logic, high information density, and demanding state management.
Preferred: experience with release management, branching strategies, release trains, feature flags, phased rollouts, App Store submission, and crash and regression triage.
Preferred: experience strengthening networking, persistence, data synchronization, design systems, module boundaries, and build and test tooling.
