Responsibilities

Develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality mobile software into production.
Implement mobile features from functional requirements through business logic and user interface development.
Develop shared business logic using Kotlin Multiplatform and contribute across mobile platforms.
Collaborate with product, design, and internal stakeholders on technology and product decisions.
Participate in code reviews, planning, design discussions, and documentation practices.
Join an on-call rotation and troubleshoot urgent application issues outside business hours.
Contribute to software quality, operational efficiency, customer experience, and team culture.
Travel occasionally to Fanatics offices, conferences, events, meetings, or team-building activities.

Requirements

5+ years of development experience.
Strong programming fundamentals in any language and demonstrated problem-solving ability.
Willingness to learn Kotlin and develop business logic within Kotlin Multiplatform.
Mobile development experience with modern UI frameworks such as SwiftUI, Jetpack Compose, or similar.
Ability to reason through technical challenges, explain decisions, work independently, and seek guidance when needed.
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, changing enterprise environment.
Familiarity with or willingness to learn Agile software delivery and Scrum methodology.
Preferred qualifications include Android or iOS development experience, exposure to modern development tools and frameworks, software engineering fundamentals, collaborative development experience, version control familiarity, and interest in learning Swift.

Compensation varies by country and state through geographical compensation zones; the posting also references base and bonus compensation.
