Responsibilities

Develop features and products from the ground up with the engineering team.
Design, build, and scale full-stack product software across user interfaces, APIs, data models, background jobs, and third-party integrations.
Solve complex, cross-system healthcare workflows and make practical tradeoffs from MVP through mature, scaled products.
Participate in design and development discussions and contribute to key product and technical decisions.
Engage with healthcare professionals to tailor software solutions to real-world needs.
Ship reliable products quickly and deliver a strong customer experience.
Develop scalable software that complies with HIPAA and other security standards.
Work with Product, Design, Operations, customers, founders, and other stakeholders with a high degree of autonomy.

Requirements

4–8+ years of industry experience with demonstrated impact at a major technology company or high-growth startup.
Strong engineering fundamentals and experience designing, building, and scaling production-grade applications or systems.
Experience building full-stack web applications.
Experience with APIs, relational data models, asynchronous workflows, and third-party integrations.
The product stack includes TypeScript, React, Next.js, Python, FastAPI, and Postgres; experience with every listed technology is not required.

Salary: $190k - $240k/yr
