Responsibilities

Design and deliver platform components, chassis, project archetypes, business-agnostic services, cross-cutting concerns, and Claude Plugins used by more than 60 services.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define and implement platform features.
Lead technical vision and roadmap development while accounting for performance, security, usability, and scalability.
Improve the performance of key Python features and challenge existing approaches when appropriate.
Help continuously improve implementation, testing, and monitoring practices for high-quality features.
Take leadership in delivering roadmap items together with the team.

Requirements

Expert knowledge of Python and a primarily backend engineering profile.
Solid understanding of web technologies and the software development life cycle.
Commitment to secure, well-tested, pragmatic, user-focused code.
Fluent English communication skills.
Preferred experience with Kafka, Kubernetes, ADK, ML libraries, Java, or Kotlin.
Proactive, curious, collaborative, and eager to learn.
