Responsibilities

Analyze requirements and make architectural decisions for high-level system flows and lower-level components.
Design, build, and maintain software applications using Python.
Develop and deploy applications on major cloud platforms.
Use AI tools throughout the software development lifecycle to improve coding efficiency, code quality, debugging, and problem-solving.
Collaborate directly with clients, stakeholders, and team members to clarify requirements and lead technical discussions.
Own project outcomes independently while maintaining alignment with architectural constraints, technical standards, and project goals.
Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies, frameworks, and engineering methodologies.

Requirements

Practical Python development experience and strong software engineering fundamentals.
Hands-on experience developing and deploying applications on at least one major cloud platform; Microsoft Azure is required.
Intermediate architecture skills with the ability to translate high-level requirements into component designs.
Demonstrated ability and enthusiasm for using AI tools in software development, debugging, and problem-solving.
Excellent written and spoken English with confidence in client-facing technical conversations.
High accountability, proactivity, and the ability to adapt to changing technical environments.
Experience with AWS or GCP is advantageous.
Experience designing and building RESTful APIs or Python microservices architectures is advantageous.
Experience integrating AI-powered solutions, LLMs, MCPs, and developer AI tools is advantageous.
