Responsibilities

Build automated systems for software development, verification, and deployment.
Develop and maintain reference environments for verifying Lattice workflows before release.
Build and maintain representative test environments, including hardware-in-the-loop systems.
Implement software interfaces and product features that enable end-to-end testing across complex systems.
Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines, establish performance baselines, and prevent regressions.
Implement AI-enabled automation to identify and fix issues early in the development cycle.
Run design reviews, mentor junior engineers, and drive features from ambiguous requirements through production-ready code.

Requirements

10+ years of experience building automated verification suites at scale.
Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipeline development, SRE principles, automated testing frameworks, automation scripting, and software development lifecycles.
Hands-on experience automating Hardware-in-the-Loop and Software-in-the-Loop engineering and using them in production release processes.
Expertise in automated regression, unit, and integration testing.
Proficiency in Python for automation, scripting, and system development.
Professional experience with containerization workflows and Terraform.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical industry experience is preferred.
Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes is preferred.
NixOS experience and experience in regulated or high-reliability, traceable systems are preferred.

Base salary range of $191,000–$254,000 USD.
