Responsibilities

Review acceptance criteria and user stories with product managers before development, identifying gaps, ambiguities, and untestable requirements.
Design thorough test cases covering user flows, edge cases, and risk.
Work with developers during implementation, review test coverage and pull requests, and ensure changes are tested.
Perform disciplined exploratory testing beyond scripted test cases.
Track and interpret bug rates, test coverage, defect trends, and production escapes.
Communicate quality findings to product, engineering, and leadership to support decisions.
Contribute to and improve test automation coverage and quality practices.

Requirements

Deep QA experience across the product development lifecycle from design through launch.
Strong test-case design skills and a critical approach to requirements and acceptance criteria.
Experience using AI-assisted or AI-first tooling, including Claude, Replit, and Sigma.
Comfort with test automation frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, or Appium.
Experience with exploratory and risk-based testing.
Ability to work with developers on testability, code changes, pull requests, and shared quality ownership.
Ability to interpret defect trends, test coverage gaps, and production escapes.
Strong communication skills across engineering, product, and leadership audiences.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar agile project-tracking tools.
