Senior Software Engineer with React in Remote new

Responsibilities

  • Build complex, responsive user interfaces using the project’s framework.
  • Write clean, testable code with unit and end-to-end tests and review peer code.
  • Design component structures, state management, and API integrations.
  • Optimize page load times and rendering performance.
  • Implement accessibility-compliant and secure interfaces, including protection against XSS and similar risks.
  • Ensure consistent behavior across browsers and devices.
  • Translate UX designs into working UI and align API contracts with backend teams.
  • Mentor junior developers and share frontend best practices.
  • Work autonomously, take ownership of decisions, and use AI tools responsibly to improve productivity and quality.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with React, TypeScript, Node.js, and GraphQL.
  • Experience with PandaCSS or comparable CSS-in-JS approaches.
  • Experience building components and design systems with Storybook and shared frontend components.
  • Experience with Playwright and Jest testing.
  • Experience implementing and testing WCAG-aligned accessibility.
  • Experience with monorepos, GitHub, GitHub Copilot, Google Cloud, Contentful, and Optimizely.
  • Strong communication skills, proactive collaboration, and an independent, self-driven approach.
  • Ability to structure effective AI-tool prompts, validate outputs critically, understand limitations, and own final results.
