Senior Software Frontend Engineer in USA

Responsibilities

  • Deliver data-dense interfaces for exploring compensation benchmarks, pricing roles, and evaluating pay decisions.
  • Architect scalable frontend code and uphold high standards for performance, interaction quality, and accessibility.
  • Drive technical strategy and remain accountable for delivering outcomes.
  • Create reusable patterns, abstractions, and systems that extend beyond individual output.
  • Develop engineers through coaching, mentorship, and feedback.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of frontend engineering experience.
  • Empathy for compensation teams and an understanding of employee pay-pricing challenges.
  • Strong prioritization judgment, including the ability to determine what to descope.
  • Excellent communication skills for clarifying ambiguous and high-stakes problems.
  • A holistic, systemic approach to technical decisions.
  • Ability to ship thoughtful solutions in a fast-paced environment without over-engineering.
