Responsibilities

Deliver data-dense interfaces for exploring compensation benchmarks, pricing roles, and evaluating pay decisions.
Architect scalable frontend code and uphold high standards for performance, interaction quality, and accessibility.
Drive technical strategy and remain accountable for delivering outcomes.
Create reusable patterns, abstractions, and systems that extend beyond individual output.
Develop engineers through coaching, mentorship, and feedback.

Requirements

At least 5 years of frontend engineering experience.
Empathy for compensation teams and an understanding of employee pay-pricing challenges.
Strong prioritization judgment, including the ability to determine what to descope.
Excellent communication skills for clarifying ambiguous and high-stakes problems.
A holistic, systemic approach to technical decisions.
Ability to ship thoughtful solutions in a fast-paced environment without over-engineering.
