Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement software solutions for customer consulting and software development projects.
  • Apply AI methods and tools across the software development lifecycle, including LLMs, agentic frameworks, code generation, and test automation.
  • Define and implement secure software development principles and practices, including Secure by Design, Zero Trust, OWASP, and MITRE guidance.
  • Develop secure cloud infrastructures for applications using AWS, Azure, IONOS, and Google.
  • Work across backend and frontend engineering with technologies such as C#, Java, JavaScript, Spring, and Vue.
  • Automate development processes and integrate security tools including SAST, SCA, IAST, and DAST.
  • Represent the company throughout the project lifecycle, from acquisition through acceptance, and share knowledge proactively.
  • Take entrepreneurial responsibility and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including executives.

Requirements

  • Completed university degree in computer science or a comparable discipline.
  • Extensive, in-depth software engineering expertise with comfort in both backend and frontend development.
  • Demonstrated experience applying Secure by Design, Zero Trust, and other IT security principles in complex projects.
  • Profound knowledge of the OWASP Top 10 and MITRE CWE Top 25, with practical experience mitigating related risks.
  • Experience with DevOps automation and integration of security tools such as SAST, SCA, IAST, and DAST.
  • Strong ownership, entrepreneurial mindset, and confident, audience-appropriate communication skills through board level.
  • Fluent German at least at C1 level and very good English at least at B2 level.
